It's our final day of the challenge, and we are bringing everything we have learnt over the past 6 days into this vinyasa flow sequence. Vinyasa flow is a faster-paced style of yoga that aims to synchronise movement with breath. In particular, it emphasizes one breath for one movement.

For this reason, Vinyasa yoga can be thought of as a cardiovascular activity, more so than most other styles of yoga which are good for strength building or conditioning.
