Please note that if you do decide to try IF, then speak with your health care provider beforehand and do make sure to eat the necessary calories your body needs in the time frame.
If you do a 16:8 hour fast, you could eat:
12pm: breakfast
3pm: lunch
6pm: dinner
8pm: snacks/dessert
Just be mindful to consume your calories in your eating window.
